Terms and Conditions of Use

This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of the Groogl platform accessible through the domain groogl.com, including all related features, services, and subdomains (the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Groogl Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to part or all of these terms, please do not use the Groogl Platform.

1. Definitions

  • User / You: An individual or legal entity using the Platform.
  • Groogl / We: The operator and owner of the groogl.com Platform.
  • Services: All Groogl features including professional bio links, digital product sales, donations, invoices, AI, and other related services.

2. General Terms of Use

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or have valid consent from a parent/legal guardian.
  • Users must provide true, accurate, and accountable information.
  • Users are fully responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.

3. User Accounts

  • Users must maintain the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • All activities conducted through the account are the User’s responsibility.
  • Groogl reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All systems, designs, logos, trademarks, code, and technologies on the Groogl Platform are owned by Groogl or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

5. Digital Products & User Content

Users are fully responsible for all Digital Products, Physical Products, and content uploaded, promoted, or sold through the Platform.

Prohibited Content

  • Illegal or unlawful content.
  • Pornography, gambling, fraud, violence, or hate speech.
  • Copyright infringement and violations of third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Platform Usage Terms

By using the Platform, you agree that:

  • You will not infringe or misuse the Intellectual Property Rights of others, including trademarks, brand variations, or third-party identities without written permission.
  • You will not organize, promote, or distribute Digital Products, Physical Products, or Events (online/offline) that:
    1. violate payment partner policies;
    2. include prohibited products or activities;
    3. are illegal;
    4. promote discrimination;
    5. are intended for children under 13 years old;
    6. are abusive or offensive in nature.
  • You will not impersonate, imitate, or defame others, including copying third-party brand identity or appearance.
  • You will not exploit, test, or interfere with the security, servers, or systems of the Platform without written permission.
  • You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform systems.
  • You will not distribute viruses, malware, or harmful technologies through the Platform.
  • All communications and promotions of your Products must be accurate, not misleading, and comply with consumer protection laws.
  • You will not require buyers to agree to terms that conflict with Groogl’s policies or payment partner policies.
  • You must respond to Groogl’s requests, report legal complaints, and assist in their resolution at your own expense.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and policies in Indonesia.
  • If your Product or Event contains personal data of others, you must provide notice and obtain consent in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Payments & Service Fees

Groogl cooperates with third-party payment providers. Groogl is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party systems. Service fees may apply and will be communicated in advance.

8. Donations & Fan Support

  • Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Groogl does not guarantee any specific results or benefits from donations.

9. Suspension & Termination

Groogl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts and services in the event of violations of these terms.

10. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “AS IS”. Groogl is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

Groogl may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and changes will take effect upon publication.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
